Office Hours and Appointments

We reserve time for each patient in our practice and rarely do we keep our patients waiting. As long as we receive at least 48 hours notice of your need to change your appointment, there will be absolutely no charge. Should something happen to prevent you from calling us, there will be a $75.00 flat charge for a missed, no call-no show appointments. We are sure that this will not be a problem for our patients.

Office Hours:
Monday - Wednesday 9:00 - 5:00 w/ lunch from 1-2pm
Thursday 9:00 - 3:00 w/ no lunch
Saturday (once a month) 9:00am - 1:00pm

Emergencies

We always attempt to see you during office hours if you are in pain. If an emergency arises while the office is closed, our answering machine will instruct you how to reach us.

Recare Appointments

We believe in the benefit of regular preventative care and therefore, encourage all our patients to return for periodic recure visits with our hygenist. We will call you when it is time to return. At the time of your recare visit, please advise our Practice Administrator of any change in your: (1) health and medications ; (2) address or telephone ; (3) marital status ; (4) employment and insurance coverage.
