Initial sessions are focused on clarifying your goals, assessing clinical fit, and determining whether this structure of work is appropriate for your needs. Ongoing treatment is offered selectively to ensure focus, alignment, and quality of care.

This is a private pay practice. Superbills are available for out-of-network reimbursement.

A separate community-based program, Doing the Work, offers structured, lower-cost options when appropriate.

You may reach out through the contact form, by email, or by phone/text at 310-409-5211. Initial contact is used to schedule a consultation or first appointment; it does not establish a therapeutic relationship.
Please avoid sharing detailed clinical information in your first message. Email and text are not secure platforms for confidential communication and are not monitored continuously. They should not be used for urgent or emergency concerns.

My practice focuses on high-functioning adults navigating attention regulation, impulse patterns, relational strain, metabolic shifts, and cognitive change. I work best with clients seeking structured, accountable therapy that targets underlying cognitive and behavioral systems—not only symptom relief.
This includes concerns related to ADHD, rumination, substance use, couples dynamics, GLP-1 adaptation, aging transitions, and caregiver stress. If your challenges sit at the intersection of performance, identity, and regulation, this is likely an appropriate clinical fit.
I work best with thoughtful, motivated individuals seeking structured, accountable therapy that targets underlying cognitive and behavioral patterns—not just symptom relief.
-
My approach is structured, direct, and integrative. I draw from clinical psychology, behavioral science, and neuroscience-informed frameworks to examine how attention, impulse patterns, physiology, history, and identity interact over time.
Sessions are collaborative but active. This is not a purely supportive or reassurance-based model. We identify patterns, test adjustments, and build durable cognitive and emotional regulation. The goal is measurable forward movement—clarity, steadiness, and self-trust—not endless processing.

Working with me is structured, direct, and focused. Sessions are conversational but purposeful, balancing reflection with forward movement. I prioritize clarity, accountability, and respect for your intelligence and complexity.
Clients often describe the work as grounding and productively challenging. The aim is not constant reassurance, but improved attention, emotional regulation, and agency—so patterns shift in real, observable ways over time. When appropriate, I may suggest brief between-session exercises to reinforce insight and strengthen follow-through.
